The initial experience was great but they ended up giving me a nail tech who was either in training or just starting out. He took 50 minutes just to file my nails and remove my cuticles until Kim took over to paint my nails. The whole process took nearly 1.5 hours when normally it takes 45 minutes including drying. Because I was then in a rush, I didn’t even get the massage. Quite disappointed and will not be returning.
