Very disappointing experience. During my pedicure, the electric file repeatedly overfilled my nails, causing a burning sensation. I asked several times for them to be gentler and even pulled away, but my concerns were ignored. I booked with Kim, the owner, but was given someone else even though Kim was there, and the staff laughed when I questioned it. Ben also did my acrylics poorly despite me explaining I needed them done a specific way for work. I felt mocked & uncomfortable. I won’t be back
