Went in after booking on Treatwell for a toner, first time visiting this salon. It started off positive as the lady colouring my hair was helpful, and seemed knowledgeable. The experience was quite bad overall though. The lady washing my hair was slow, water was hot/cold while having my hair washed, and having my hair brushed was extremely painful as they were just yanking as hard as they could and pulling out anything they could. The toner itself was fine, but the lady was so careless and distracted speaking to other staff members while doing it, that she got the toner in my eye as she went to slip the plastic bag over my head. She was apologetic after, but the situation could have been a lot worse if she had gotten more into my eye.
I guess you get what you pay for, it's a very busy salon but I would not recommend it as the whole thing was not a pleasant experience.

This was my second visit after having eyelash extensions which I was having topped up. The results of the top up were as good as when I first had them done. I also had my gel nails removed during the top up to help save time.

The staff were very warm and friendly. I initially booked a balayage makeover but after a discussion with Fiona and another lovely member of staff I opted for the full head of highlights. I explained the look I wanted and I was reassured that would be the outcome.
What struck me the most was that Fiona was not phased by my hair; I naturally have jet black hair and I kind of messed it up with box colours at home! Fiona knew exactly what she was doing, and I felt content that my hair was in good hands! The entire process took about 2.5hrs, the quickest I've EVER had my hair bleached and toned!
Overall it was a wonderful experience and the colour in my hair came out beautiful! This place definitely went above and beyond my expectations and I cannot believe I hadn't come across this place before, as it's not far from me at all! I will most definitely be coming here again to have my hair done! Thank you!
