I went back to have my eyelash extensions removed after 2 and a half weeks (should have stayed on a lot longer but half of them had fallen out already). Once again the service was really excellent, but two days on and I still have residue on my eyelashes. My lashes are damaged now and I am extremely disappointed with the service.

Great that I got last minute booking as my normal place was fully booked but that is all.. The woman barely said hello to me before she started threading away, if I thought for a minute she was starting to shape my brow I would have stopped her. She destroyed the shape of my brow and I wouldn't let her do it to the other so I now have one 90s thin. Not happy. Please train your staff to ask customers what they actually want before treating them..

It was very good. I am disappointed that the price has gone up however, as the treatment lasts only around 5 minutes.
