The stylist was very sweet but I did not leave with what I had asked for or expected, it isn't balayage at all, in fact it just looks like I've had a colour put on the top. Plus I asked for the colour at the roots to be like my natural but instead it is very warm and orange. There's no clear layering to the colour either. I knew the ends/blonde were going to be different to the picture I took in as I didn't want bleach however my hair is now very dull at the ends almost silver/grey and the roots are orange-like. I also had to ask the stylist to put colour on a part of my hair at the front after drying that actually had gone orange! I will be going to another salon to correct this. I hope you contact me to provide me with a refund as this was not a good service at all.
