disappointed. When I asked to explain the difference between cream or hot wax I didn't get an answer. During the actual wax my skin wasn't pulled before the wax strip was waxed off making it very painful. The was no symtery on both side of the bikini and no after cafe explained.
Then when I went to pay the card machine was broken. I didn't want to pay cash. Had to walk to a machine. And she was more interest in making money saying "you will have to pay our full price now. Not treatwell price"
