Not as good as usual. I have been coming to this salon for a while now because the hot waxing is usually amazing. However, this time was disappointing as there was a new therapist and she did not do a good job. There was a lot of hair left and the wax was very hot and burned my skin. I had to re-do the hair removal myself at home and it wasn’t worth the money at all. It’s a shame because the other ladies (Mariam, Fatima and the Albanian lady whose name I can’t remember) are all really good and I’ve never had a complaint before.

For the blowdry, I had to tell her to redo again few parts and she used the flat iron... but overall the final result was okay
