Such a shame after such a great experience last time. This time, my beautician didn't speak English, she burned me with the wax and she did not do a complete job. Very painful and very unpleasant experience.

Another fab experience here with Maryam and her team. Great value yet again, and a lovely new colour. Always recommended.
