It is cheap but my first impressions were that it didn't look like a professional hair place. The hair cutter dos her job but wasn't very friendly.

The staff mostly did not speak to each other in English during my appointment which wasn't very polite, especially when it was clear they were talking about how the dye was taking. Nonetheless, the treatment was great and I was very pleased with the price.
