No disrespect to the staff who seem nice but this mani pedi was a huge waste of money. Salon got in touch to postpone the booking and even still had to wait 30 minutes when I got there. Waste of a day when you make plans around the booking. Products used dried my skin out, still have dry skin on my feet that wasn’t scrubbed off and skin next to my nails that wasnt tidied up.
Not to mention the polish was terribly applied and I kept getting told that the gel polish is better / I should have used that. I spent so much time in the salon that I didn’t really want to stay to reapply. Taking off right now with remover.
What I would really love is a refund.
