My first time using this salon. Treatwell made a mess of my booking even though I booked for 4pm (and received a confirmation email) the app booked me in for 10.30am. They were so understanding and helped fit me in as near to my original booking as poss. Zhila was lovely as was the man who worked there - super friendly and professional. I explained I have real trouble finding a blowdry that works for me and Zhila was very understanding and spent time showing me several techniques she could try.

Zhila was amazing, as always. She has an incredibly welcoming manner with her clients and always makes sure I’m as comfortable as I can be. She works so hard and it is evident - I couldn’t recommend someone more. Thank you!
