This was my first deep muscle massage Anil explained the procedure and asked me which areas were giving me problems. He started on my neck and shoulders and I must admit I found it very painful. Anil explained that this was because there were a lot of knots and inflammation. During the treatment he checked that I was ok and coping with the pain. He then used hot herbal bags which did have a burning sensation but left a good feeling. The following day I was very tender but this improved.

Anil knew exactly where my discomfort was and the massage has helped remove most of my back pain already.
