Dr Subi listened to understand my needs and the areas of the body giving me most pain and discomfort.
I had a deep and effective massage, to release pain and tension. Had immediate effect in some areas that I didn't realise where tense.
The steam bath was also pleasant too as it hellps the oils penetrate into the muscles.
Dr Subi explained the benefits of the the .massage may take a couple of days to be fully felt, but the tension in my neck and shoulders are already better.
