I have now been seeing Dr Subi for a year an a half for the Full Body massage, which includes head massage, bundles and the steam.
She is extremely knowledgeable and even diagnosed an issue that presented itself, only for a consultant at the hospital to confirm she was indeed right :)
Every 3 weeks I visit with her for the treatment; where once upon a time she would have to work on me for a little longer than the allocated time because of the number of knots she'd find, we're now at a point where I don't have nearly as many problem areas!
Her advice on mindfulness and posture, along with the subtle exercises she suggests to add to daily routines, seem to have had a marked improvement on my overall health and wellness, so I'm so very grateful.
I have recommended the company to a couple of my friends who have themselves returned on multiple occasions, so would highly recommend to anyone in need, or just wanting an MOT :)
