Second time I have visited Mariya, she is very knowledgeable and guides you in regards to exercises at home. Her massages are exceptional! She always finds the right balance between strength and technique.

Mariya was so knowledgeable and knew what she was doing. I had been in a lot of shoulder pain and I left feeling amazing. I also did not realise how much tension I had been holding in my neck and jaw until afterwards. I have had lots of massages and this by far the best.
