Arrived to a quiet ambience a lot of staff liaison on Polish but no warm welcome. Hair stylist Zhania took care of me from consultation, colour and cut and she was very focused and pushed for time as only stylist. She was pleasant and efficient and very clean washing hair utensils between each client, which was a nice touch. Considering usual hair stylist talk to clients as part of the experience, this was a little quiet but what really matters is the end result and satisfaction level. Here I am unable to complain. Colour/cut ware both excellent, Zhania is a artist in her creation to make you look better than when you arrived. Just a little note to wear old clothes if you are having a colour as my garment got ruined with the dye that managed to get on the reverse and front in 4 separate places despite wearing usual gown. I give overall experience 4 just for mishap over clothes and lack of ambience and waiting staff lack of acknowledgement. Return visit already booked, So reviewers don't judge salons by high street appeal, it's the creators inside that make this place.
