Was very quiet in the salon and the lady doing my hair did not speak which i didn't mind tbh as i am not really a talker but then at end realised that she couldn't speak english which explained wehy but loved the blow dry it looked great and that is the main thing

The treatment itself was lovely and Erika was lovely. The only reason I was disappointed a bit was the facial was for an hour yet I was in and out within 45 minutes. The price I paid still meant it was good value, but I was lucky to get a £7 off code from Treatwell and if I didn't have this, I would have felt like it wasn't as good value.
It is one thing to knowingly pay for a 45 minute facial than believe you are getting a one hour treatment but then only getting 45 minutes. I normally get a 1 hour 15 Decleor facial from my regular salon but unfortunately my funds are a bit tight from Christmas. I guess in a way I felt like I got what I paid for but still I don't think it was fair. The treatment itself was very good though and I would recommend the therapist, but I don't think I personally will return.
