It was my first trip to this salon and i had erika and a hollywood wax, it was incredible, the most painfree wax i have ever had! Super friendly staff and great clean enviroment, i shall start using this place for all my beauty needs!

First, from New Cross the place is a 10 min walk through a not very nice street, so I guess if my appointment had been later in the afternoon or evening the experience would have been slightly frightening. When I arrived the therapist was already waiting for me and she was very pleasant explaining that she use a different kind of wax, which is meant to be less painful by only catching the hair and not the skin. This part is true, but its also true that she had to re apply it several times. I would recommend this treatment if pain is a major problem, otherwise its time consuming and the results for me didn't last as longer as the wax I normally do. The treatment area is at the back of the salon and on a hot day like it was there was no ventilation and the room can seem quite claustrophobic with low ceilings and not very well lilted. The therapist was quite nice and knowledgeable.

A brilliant experience. I haven't had my legs waxed for over 10 years, and although it was painful - it was done to a very high quality. I also had my bikini line done - and normally this is too much - but the type of waxed used was different. Jumgita was perfect - very understanding and definitely knows her trade. I will be going back again, and I highly these guys.

Best Hollywood wax I've had in my life. Erika who works on tues and thurs is excellent, very professional and uses a nearly pain free technique. Most painless wax I've ever had even though I am good with pain, I definitely recommend this for those who struggle with the pain of waxing. The salon is very clean, welcoming and the waxing experience was very professional throughout. Highly satisfied not to mention the waxing session really relaxed me.
Everything was great with the waxing, but my legs suffered a bit of a reaction and so the experience was only 3 stars worth. The staff are SUPER friendly and the woman who did my legs was really thorough. Would return, if my legs didn't have a reaction to the wax.
