The salon was very clean and tidy however it had no ambience. The manicure was bad and I had to leave with it unfinished and go to another salon. My stylist was friendly, but quite quiet and kept telling me. How new she was and that this was a bit of a practice for her. There were not many colours to choose from anf I would not recommend it for a manicure, though maybe the other services are OK.

Hi there. I recently had my nails done at Marilyn. I’m sorry to say that I am extremely dissatisfied with the service. I was too embarrassed to say in the salon, and felt bad because Tatijana was lovely. However the manicure and pedicure are simply not up to standard. There is nail varnish on my cuticles and skin around the nails. The toes chipped already the day after, clearly the polish was not good quality. Also the treatment on the feet has given me a sort of cut/sore on one of my feet. Altogether I feel that the Manicure and Pedicure were not worth the £45 I paid and would like to request my money back. It’s especially disappointing as this was preparation for a photo shoot and now the client is unhappy with the results too. My nails look shabby and this will not look good on photos. I don’t think anyone should be expected to pay for such a poor service.
