Service was amazing and I am very happy with the results. I wanted to dye my hair in pink but was reluctant to do it on my own. Jelena was able to guide me and give me tailored service. My Asian hair was a bit difficult to bleach as expected, but she was able to pull it through :)

Booked with senior stylist, inexperienced colleague did it instead. It took 4 hours for half head of highlights, no hair cut. I can still see all my roots, may as well not have gotten a treatment. The senior stylist seemed to have been over worked, so I don't blame her, I would have gladly come back at a time when she was free so I could have a professional job done.
