I have been going to Erika on and off for just over a year so was surprised to hear that she’d left. I had a Brazilian, I found it painful (Erika was painless), I found the woman defensive, rude and unprofessional whilst applying the wax because I am sensitive and then apologise and blame it on a bad day. The end result is untidy and The areas that hair needed to be removed from were not. I will not be returning. The drum and bass in the background didn’t help either.
