I left with beautiful lifted lashes. The prep was a little strange in that my lashes on my left eye was tugged excessively which I didn't expect. About 20hrs later I noticed some of my lashes, particularly the left was crumpled and some were frizzy! I've had to buy false lashes as I have a long weekend wedding to attend. I had a lovely experience with the staff otherwise but disappointed with the results.
