Do not recommend, booked in for my mum. She had long hair and showed an inspo pic of a shoulder length, nice layered haircut. Instead she was given an ear-length bob. Absolutely shocking. No refund was offered, only 50% off the next visit, but she of course will never be going back. 💔

She was lovely and kind to me. I had an eyebrow waxing appointment and left the salon highly satisfied with the outcome. She was doing her job meticulously and gently.
