The nails were in no way salon quality. The French tips were uneven and messy, the shaping was poor, there was debris trapped under the gel and the overall finish was unacceptable. I raised my concerns during the appointment so they could be corrected, but she barely looked at the nails and simply said they looked good, with no attempt to fix them or address my concerns. I’ve been getting my nails done for 8+ years at many salons and have never experienced this. Poor customer service throughout

Lovely staff nice atmosphere . I didn’t have a haircut so couldn’t rate that part just browns and keratin treatment with blow dry
