Staff was nice. The application process was uncomfortable, it felt like my eyelashes were being plucked out and glue was accidentally dropped into my eye corner. The end result looked ok, but more lashes have been applied to one eye. I had a classic style fitted, but the lashes themselves were poor quality - they are very hard and stiff. With these, it is uncomfortable to touch my eyes or wash my face. A week on, many have fallen out and it doesn't look good.

Maria was a lovely lady and the wax was painless! Noticed a few hairs were missed though
