When I go to a salon, I expect a result that’s better than what I can achieve at home, even if the service is done by a trainee. I left with wet roots, and within 10 minutes my hair became frizzy and messy.
If this reflects her current level, the service should be offered as training rather than charged. I’ve had services from trainees before that were finished to a standard worth paying for—this was worse than what I can do myself at home.
As mentioned yesterday, I expect a refund.

Really nice independent studio, with a relaxed vibe. Sam is great & really listens to what you want & advises/talks you through what he’s going to do - which is very reassuring with hair colour. Will definitely be back!
