Room was cramped and they had overbooked so I had a long wait. Me and another girl both had to sit at the same table getting our nails done. There was also a small child, the grandson of the therapist, running around and being loud which ruined the ambiance. Not a relaxing experience but I was very pleased with the quality of my manicure and it was great value.

It's in the basement of a hairdressers. There were a lot of staff which gave it a nice buzz. I arrived early, and they saw me straight away. The beautician who waxed me was really attentive and thorough. I thought she did a great job and made sure I didn't have any strays... would definitely go back
