Cancelled my treatment 10 mins before it started, saying they’d already had a booking at that point. More than 10 minutes notice needed if you’re going to cancel an appointment!

The salon is absolutely tiny. Don’t arrive early as there is nowhere to sit. I had a massage and the bed was too small (I’m 5’6 and a size 10). The room was a touch cold. There is only a folding door separating the massage room from where they do nails so it’s fairly noisy (not relaxing). The massage itself was good and the lady was nice but nothing exceptional.
