The staff were friendly enough and the salon was clean but they were not able to speak English well enough to understand what I was asking for which is quite a fundamental floor!! I also felt slightly unwelcome as they were all talking to each other loudly in Brazilian so not very inclusive of customers.

Nice clean salon. I personally wasn’t a fan of the chocolate wax as opposed to normal wax but the treatment was still good
