First part of the wax used strips which was quite painful but the rest was strip free, quick and didn't hurt too much. Staff were friendly and venue is clean and stylish.

No frills kinda place. No drinks offered on arrival/ no conversation. I got asked if I could speak spanish. I couldn't unfortunately so the language barrier was a bit of issue as was hard to communicate to the lady what I wanted for my haircut. But hair cut was to a good standard and she was lovely but I did have to really guide her on what I wanted. There was a flashing light that was a bit distracting in the ceiling and wasn't very relaxing but for the value for money, was good and the staff were very friendly. The space could be very nice but hair could be swept up quicker. Coats could be taken and hung up for you. Little things like that are missing but could be a really nice salon.
