Lady spent ten minutes messing with the machine at the start and did not give me a towel for modesty during that whole time. Then she did not wait for the wax to dry before pulling it off, so it came off as a sticky mess and was much more painful than it needed to be. The one time she did leave it long enough (again due to faffing with the machine) it worked much more effectively. I wish she had just been more patient!

The ambience in this salon was very nice. Very clean and spacious. The massage room was also nicely setup, would have been nice to have some soothing music playing. Communication with the attendants in the salon was a little difficult since they did not speak English. The manicure and pedicure were good although not done very well.

Nice venue, a bit of a language barrier but I still managed to get what I wanted. I'd recommend coming in with a picture if you want anything more than a simple cut/block colour. But the staff are nice and helpful.

In general it was a nice experience, the staff is really friendly and the space is nice and relaxing. Nevertheless I felt it was a bit desorganized in terms of who was gonna attend me and last minute they switched my hairdresser to what it seemed a less experienced one. At the end the haircut was fine, slightly shorter than expected maybe, but the whole process was a bit stressful as she didn't seemed confident.
