The space appears clean and bright and there was calming music playing however my aesthetician was constantly distracted during my appointment while advising her colleague who was doing the hair another customer. It took over 2 hours for a simple mani/pedi because of this slow pace - no dry time included. The polish application was kind of all over the place until she cleaned it up at then end but my manicure chipped within the same day and then whole nails came off the next day.
