great customer service. really lovely customer service. offered me a drink, really stylish place and nicely laid out. also staff were really friendly and kind. haircut was lovely and so was the massage. amazing electric blanket on massage table

Underarm waxing is always fabulous. However half leg wax could have done with a bit more TLC. For instance the beautician could have held my skin to cause less pain. But they still did a good job nonetheless.
