Great colour and service but sadly my nails lasted for only a week before chipping off which was quite sad and short for shellac nails. Maybe I can come back this week and try again for a better experience

Do not get your lashes done here!! Terrible quality lash extensions. Technician kept getting texts and checking her phone. Then she glued my eyes shut and I had to lay back down while she pulled my eyelids apart and scratched hard glue out of my eye. Took 3.5 hours when I was told it would take 2. Extremely uncomfortable. Staff kept coming in and out of the room and talking the whole time. Then they tried to charge me £20 extra even though they’d given me the worst possible experience.

As always Mara (and Ulliana) were superb. I love this salon, I always leave feeling calm and pampered. The manicure and pedicure are thorough and last 3-4 weeks (longer for pedicure), there is a good range of colours and they are very accommodation. The atmosphere is so friendly and the salon itself always clean, tidy and cosy. My mum comes all the way from Cambridge to have a double pamper session!
