My hairdresser didn’t speak English so it was difficult to explain what I needed. My layers were cut incredibly badly, all uneven. I was really disappointed. To try fix the manager had to come over and translate to my hairdresser. They tried to tell me it’s a different style of cut and she wasn’t finished cutting but at that point was giving me a blow dry? I would never go back. Very disappointment.
