A lot of missed hairs & a painful technique used - the wax wasn’t ever fully dried before being ripped off & done it lots of little bits rather than bigger less painful ones

My stylist did not speak English so it was hard to communicate with her. The blowdry and hair wash lasted longer than the actual haircut, which felt very quick and rushed. The haircut is okay but I found the experience stressful and unpleasant.
