I have lived in Putney for over 10 years and never come across a hair dresser that has made me feel so uncomfortable and treated me so poorly. I booked this place because my usual place was packed for weeks on end and I needed to get my hair colouredI booked via treatwell, one day before the appt they contact me to ask me if I could move the appt to 12, I agreed, they made me wait until 12:25 before I could meet the stylist. She couldnt Rosi was rude and said my haircut was a disaster.

Rosi and Yulia are both amazing. From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable and welcome. I was super happy with my highlights they did an amazing job. Rosi also gave me great extra advice about my hair.
