A very friendly and welcoming place. Thank you to Rosie for the incisive information about my long hair's poor condition and taking steps to remedy it (severe cut to mitigate the hair loss, and recommended vitamins to deal with strengthening my hair condition ...). Paris the dog was a delightful addition.

Julia was so friendly and did the most amazing job on my nails. Allowed me to trial lots of different colours and did not rush me at all. Can't wait to come back.
