Sam is very warm and welcoming and the treatment room is very calming. Sam takes the time to talk through the treatment and ensure you get the best possible experience. At the end she always takes the time to talk through any questions and nothing is rushed.

I had never had a massage of any sort before so didn't know what to expect. Sam was very friendly and welcoming and explained what was involved. Lovely atmosphere in the treatment room. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience.
