Chantell was very friendly and attentive. Having had balayage a few times before, I knew what to expect from the results, I would've liked the colour to be a little lighter and brighter perhaps (the colours used in my hair have not come out as blonde as the photographs I showed), but I was pleased with the overall result, which looks natural, and leaves room for natural lightening if/when the sun finally appears. I also had a hair cut with Chantell which I was largely happy with. My only major gripe was with my fringe: she cut it to a length I was happy with but then "tidied the ends", cutting another 3-4mm in the process... doesn't sound much but it made a huge difference. However, Chantell certainly isn't the first hairdresser to over-trim my fringe and I'm sure she won't be the last. It wouldn't put me off returning to her! :-)

Chantell was great and before we started, we had a good chat about what i wanted and what would be realistic. She explained what she was doing as we went along and is a consummate professional. I was comfortable in her hands and when I wasn't happy with the first toner, she happily did one more round so my hair wouldn't be as brassy. Plan to be back!

Chantell is a amazing hairdresser, she listens to exactly what you want and she's very friendly, we had a great chat and she made me feel very relaxed and comfortable cause it's was my first time ever having colour to my hair. The end result of my balayage was fanstasic. I really recommend everyone to check her out because she is clearly very skilled at what she does.

Great haircut which was exactly how I wanted it. She really takes her time it does not feel rushed at all. Will definitely be coming back.
