Very cool salon with lovely staff. Chantell is adorable and competent! She asked me what I wanted, she gave her opinion and the result was brilliant!! I'm very happy with my balayage, and I'm sure I will go back for my next haircut! Definitely recommend it!
Always have a good hair colouring result with Chantell, who is pleasant, chatty and keen to make sure you come out with something that you like. My go-to for a classy colour.

Chantell is a great cutter! She really understands my hair and I have never had a cut I didn't love. I know that I will be able to style my hair myself and it will continue to look good after I leave the salon, and that my cut will grow out beautifully no matter how long I will wait until my next one. This last is particularly important as I moved away from London five years ago back to my native South Wales, but still religiously travel down to London to get my hair done as such is my confidence and trust in Chantell!
I have also had balayage with Chantell - I want my hair to look natural like it's my own hair after living in the Caribbean! Not brassy and obvious. Chantell did an amazing job, and nearly a year later the remaining colour still looks fab.
Can't recommend enough.
