Did not rate this place at all. I wanted a coffin shape and got square, even after constantly asking to taper them in a little more. Also, I was late but let them know beforehand and they said it was fine. When I got there, they changed my appt from a full manicure with gel to express gel. Should have specified that over the phone when I said I was running late. They have refunded the extra £10 I paid for the full manicure, hence an extra star. All in all, will not be coming here again.

I paid £55 for a luxury pedicure including foot massage- there was nothing luxurious about it. The therapist was pleasant but didn't introduce herself and seemed unsure of procedure, asking her colleague in what order to do treatment. The massage was maximum 1 min per foot. I was offered tea, coffee or water, for an extra £2! I won't be going back and wouldn't recommend this place, I feel I was overcharged for a very basic pedicure.
