Two of my nails chipped in less than a week. Then the rest chipped during the second week. Also nail art was rushed and not accurate. Lines were fat and not thin like I asked. I really liked this salon but seems like the quality of the work has changed after covid and it’s worse. Will not come back again as paying £50 for nails that chip in less than a week is a rip off. I reached out and followed up many times over email and no one responded.

Honestly, I’ve been double booked here now more than once - I book and I come and they have gotten the time wrong and I have to wait an hour, or they call me just before and tell me there’s been an error in the system and I need to cancel on the Treatwell app and well if I don’t get a refund because of their mistake, well, that’s my problem. In the words of the person on the phone, ‘I don’t work for Treatwell’. It’s a shame bc their nail art is usually great but won’t be booking here again.
