I always go to ColourRiot and usually love it. Hannah was amazing! This is not her fault. ColourRiot is more expensive than other salons, and that's because it's better-- usually. This time it wasn't. Hannah had to go between me and another client at the same time. I felt rushed and didn't get the usual vibes or nice outcome. If I'm paying more for a service, I expect it to be done properly: you need to have more people on and give your staff appropriate workloads. Don't overwork people.
