Francesca was courteous and professional throughout the massage.
She worked away at my muscle knots and I felt very relaxed after the massage.
She even provided some tips on stretches for relieving pain in problem areas.

Pretty good, but not amazing. I asked for deep pressure and the pressure was only so-so. I also asked to focus on my neck and shoulders and instead she did my arms twice and didn't focus at all on my neck/shoulders.
