Went for aromatherapy massage but due to pain in lower back ended up with much needed deep tissue. Painful but necessary and really worked my muscles. Will do my recommended stretches and be back in 2 weeks.. already feeling the benefits

Prompt and professional service. Leanne did a great job at working on the absolute mess of my back. For my first ever professional massage, she was great at giving me information about tension I didn't know I had and what to do about it. She provided lots of good info about at home care. I'll be back again.
