The equipment for the hot stone was not ready before the massage meaning the therapist had to constantly leave the room & enter which caused interruption, thus not creating a relaxing atmosphere. The 2-hour time included the time for changing and consultation and the actual massage itself wasn't 2-hours long. The pressure applied was sore in some spots, and after the massage I was in more pain than before the massage. Please take on board the feedback to improve the service for future clients.
