I've been a loyal customer for over a year now and visit every other week so it is irritating that each time I visit the receptionist with the dark hair asks me if I've ever been before. I can forgive her forgetfulness but as I came out after my last massage she tapped her watch + said "We've got people waiting" VERY rude. I'd taken 4 mins to change. Hardly unreasonable! Given I'd rearranged my day on her request to reschedule my appt due short staff I was livid to be treated so poorly in return

She was amazing, very friendly and pleasent, highly skilled and knows what she is doing. My whole body was in treble shape, she relaxed every muscle to relive any tension or knots
