I wanted to leave a review of my experience as I saw a lot of really mixed reviews about this place (almost backed out of my appointment because of some of them!). I had a simple eyebrow threading and I was really happy with the result. It was very busy when I walked in but I was seen to promptly and the staff were very nice. The eyebrow threading was virtually painless which was great as sometimes I find it really painful. I would definitely get them done here again.

they call with almost 15 minutes delay, the was was just ok.
Is well situated in the shopping Mall.
At least it wasn't so bad. Just Neutral.

Staff were lovely and the treatments were good! The ambiance is lacking, needs to be some nice music, the shop could be cleaner and needs to be better air flow in the shop.
