Strange one... For a city location, I expected a nicer salon to justify the price, however you have your nails done on a chair in the entrance, and a towel is put in your lap, and your nails are done on your lap. No table, the UV thing also has to balance on your lap. I don't think it would be a stretch to invest in some sort of table, that would improve the service and comfort of the client a lot. If anything had dropped, it could have been on my shoes!
The quality of the manicure was good, but the same quality as ones I've had done for closer to £20.

Quick, easy, pain free. Good prices especially if you work nearby and can go off peak times. Friendly staff, waxing treatments are always fast.

Lovely staff and a very convenient location. A slightly haphazard wax unfortunately. I don’t like to say anything negative as they really were very friendly but some more attention to detail and tidying up (cleaning off remnants of wax) would make a big improvement to the actual service.
