No proper table to do manicure
Was asked to manage a cuticle soak bowl on my lap
The staff was so slow that had to ask to finish with a normal nail paint n not gel that I had booked.
The light was so dull at the corner where nails were done that she could not see my cuticles n now my nails look awful half done
Waste of £30 pounds

Costs extra for filing which seems strange to me. As a result the outcome was wonky and mishapen.

The salon and staff were not very welcoming either when I went for my patch test, or when I went for my actual treatment. It felt like my booking was an inconvenience and the treatment felt rushed without much explanation, despite me explaining that it was my first time getting eyelash extensions. There was little information given about aftercare. I was expecting that I'd have a little more consultation when deciding how thick I wanted the lashes to be. I would not book again.
